To portray your wedding poses against flowery backgrounds, on stage, dancing under fairy lights, or while holding hands, simply make your choice. I'm here to capture these moments and make them memorable and unforgettable.
Every live wedding painting package includes artistic expertise using acrylic on canvas. Additional studio time is provided to refine the artwork to its best finish. We are excited to capture the essence of your wedding day.
PRE-EVENT
To begin, confirm your wedding date by submitting an inquiry form; we typically respond within 24–48 hours. Once we’ve connected, you can secure your date with a 20% booking fee and a signed contract.
One to two weeks before your wedding, we will require your event itinerary and your 2D backdrop or backdrop image inspiration. All communication will be handled via WhatsApp only.
We do not conduct video calls or FaceTime sessions. A few key inputs will be sufficient for us to understand your preferences.
ON THE DAY
On your wedding day, we'll arrive 2–3 hours before the ceremony to begin painting the background, ensuring the artwork is in progress as your guests arrive. During the timeline, we’ll capture your true moment as requested.
As we paint live, getting references quickly is crucial. Please ensure the photographer and videography teams allow us to capture photos and videos, as our work is just as important in preserving your special moments.
Afterward, we'll paint your focal moment. By the end of the event, we'll present the nearly completed painting to you. If your wedding planner and emcee are present, we'll notify them to announce the reveal.
POST-EVENT
After the wedding, we'll take your painting to our studio to add the final details, apply varnish, and frame it.
Touch-ups are scheduled on a queue basis due to the number of post-event paintings. The finished product roughly takes about 30 days to be delivered.
Each package includes adequate hours of basic light studio touch-ups:
Cerana Sireh: 2 hours
Anggerik: 3 hours
Melur: 4 hours
Mawar: 5 hours
Bunga Emas: 5–7 hours
Special Refinement:
Extra touch-ups (5–35 hours) are RM100/hour.
(The artist will advise if further refinement is needed, and the client may then decide.)
Once completed, your painting will be carefully bubble wrapped and shipped, or we can arrange a local pickup if preferred.
KLANG
VALLEY

Mileage fee: RM60 within Kuala Lumpur and nearby areas such as Putrajaya, Shah Alam, Klang and Kajang.

The completed painting will be delivered via courier service for RM50, covered by the client. If preferred, self-collection is also available, with the address provided during the booking process.
OUTSIDE KLANG VALLEY

Mileage fee outside Klang Valley, Malaysia: RM1 per kilometer

The client is responsible for arranging hotel accommodation for the artist and one crew member for a 2-night stay.

The completed painting will be delivered via courier service for RM50, covered by the client. If preferred, self-collection is also available, with the address provided during the booking process.
TRAVEL TO SABAH, SARAWAK & OVERSEA

Providing round-trip flight tickets for the artist and one crew member.

Arranging hotel accommodation for the artist and one crew member for a 2-night stay.
