To book our live painting services, start by submitting an enquiry on our website to check our availability and select which category you prefer within your budget range, Hybrid or Traditional Live Wedding Painting. We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours, after which you can secure your date with a signed contract and a 20% booking fee. We do not conduct video calls or FaceTime sessions, communication is strictly handled via WhatsApp only.
HYBRID LIVE WEDDING PAINTING
Due to the fast-paced workflow of Malaysian weddings, we have developed a Hybrid Live Painting Approach, prioritising the heart of the artwork first: the portraits, and later on a selective backdrop, completed within the 5–6 hour live painting timeframe regardless of the event flow.

To help us prepare, kindly send over your event itinerary, 2D backdrop design, and pre-wedding or fitting photos one to two weeks before the celebration.
On your wedding day, we will arrive 2 to 3 hours prior to the event to begin working on the painting, finishing the artwork completely on site with NO STUDIO TOUCH-UPS PROVIDED. Finally, by the end of the celebration, we will notify your emcee for a painting reveal announcement if present, then hand over the finished artwork for you to take home that very day.
TRADITIONAL LIVE WEDDING PAINTING
Traditional Live Painting captures your special moment in real time, followed by extensive studio touch-ups afterward. However, due to the fast-paced wedding timeline, the limited time available for portrait painting after the moment happens can affect the foundation, proportions, likeness, and overall finish during the live painting process.
Please note that capturing ideal photo references within a short two-hour window can be unpredictable. Factors like client's delay, poor references i.e; dark or flat lighting, backlighting, and the couple's poor postures can affect the references we work from, which directly affects the portraits process entirely.

On your wedding day, we will arrive 2 to 3 hours prior to the event to begin working on the painting. As your special moment takes place, we will capture key references and paint throughout the remaining time (usually two hours before the event ends). Finally, we can coordinate with your emcee for a reveal of your painting in progress.
Afterwards, your painting will undergo 10 to 30 hours of detailed studio touch ups and refinements under our care, with final delivery expected within approximately two months depending on our schedule.

Hybrid Live Wedding Painting is the most practical live wedding painting option in Malaysia, completed on-site during your celebration. Traditional Live Wedding painting is challenging within the event workflow, often requiring extensive post-event studio refinement.
